Hausbrandt is one of the main stars of Host Milan, International Hospitality Exhibition, a biennial event dedicated to the world of catering and hotels, an opportunity not to be missed for hospitality professionals to discover novelties and trends of a constantly evolving market, as well as product solutions that are all about excellence.

Hausbrandt and its world present themselves on a stage made unique by the bright colors of Martino Zanetti’s paintings, in a stand with an original, energetic image.

The excellence of the products of the Group will be highlighted in tastings dedicated to coffees, teas and herbal infusions, beers and wines. Visitors will be able to enjoy a wide range of options, from the signature blends of the Company, Gourmet Columbus 100% Arabica, Academia, H.Hausbrandt and Decaffeinato, to the coffees and drinks dedicated to the Guzzini|Hausbrandt machine, as well as the special Hausbrandt recipes.

The refined Theresianer beers and a selection of Tenuta Col Sandago – Case Bianche wines, as well as Ronnefeldt teas and herbal infusions, will co-star on the Host stage.

For this occasion, the finest Hausbrandt blends and exclusive single-origins will also be used with different extraction methods, such as V60, Chemex, Aeropress and Syphon, confirming the Company’s attention to market trends whilst maintaining a clear focus on the crucial importance of the raw material.

The program also includes unmissable events featuring Iginio Massari, the Master of Master Confectioners, and Bruno Vanzan, world champion barman.  In different days, the two guests will be on center stage with their creations, expression of a deep sharing connection with the Company.

Innovation versus tradition and the Hausbrandt coffee specialties signed by Massari are the topics to be discussed with the Master of Master Confectioners, who will present its new winter specialty exclusively created for Hausbrandt: Panettone al Cioccolato Bianco e Caffè (White chocolate and Coffee Panettone).

The energetic Bruno Vanzan, a prominent figure in international bartending, will talk about one of the topics currently most discussed by international trendsetters, “Cold Brew – variations on a theme”, expanding on the idea of cold brewed coffee from a mixology perspective.
