C.A.S.T. Alimenti is a training institute that was established in this context in 1997. Through development and constant contact with the most interesting Italian and foreign establishments, the institute has become a point of reference for professional training in the areas of pastry making, gastronomy, ice cream making and cooking in a broader sense.
Since 1997, Hausbrandt has supported this prestigious association as a technical sponsor. Sharing the same philosophy of quality and excellence, Hausbrandt and Castalimenti collaborate to provide Italian pastry artists with training and quality products.
Today, Castalimenti is a promoter, partner, and headquarters for training and selecting the Italian
teams that participate in international pastry, ice cream, cooking and bread-making competitions.
But this is not all – Castalimenti is also the headquarters of the Accademia Maestri
Pasticceri Italiani (Italian Academy of Master Pastry Makers), the Unione Maestri
Gelatieri (Union of Master Ice Cream Makers), the Richemont Club and
                                 various enogastronomic associations.
